Correct, the league office did say the "CUP DRAW" would be held Tuesday the 24th. ANd only 4 teams would be seated. How BC Romania got seated?? they must have the IN with the league. I have not seen them play but if they where in CAT A they would not be on top. I believe the league is well aware that CAT A is much stronger than CAT B. I am quit surprised that WFC Rangers didn't get that 4th spot with 30 points to Romanias 29 points??? Is the
