So Jovonovski is out for the Olympics. Who should replace him?

McCabe is having a great year. I'd say he is a bit of a liability on defence, but his offensive ability is good. The bigger ice might be an issue for him with his groin in rough shape.

Phaneuf. This kid is THE total package. Hits. Scores. He can skate. Plays 5 on 5, PP, and klills penaltys. Easily the best defensmen not on the roster or taxi squad in my opinion. And to top it all off, he isn't a Leaf.

It's pretty obvious who my pick is.

Is there another D-man out there who should get the spot? Who?
