Doesn't change the theme of my point, being, we have a guy in this city- a for-profit businessman- who wants to build a for-profit facility that is in huge demand by the general public.
If it is built by private money, good old supply and demand laws will rule the day on pass / failure.
The levels of red tape are infuriating, but moreso, the NIMBYist minority voices that get in the way.
