No...sorry to bust your bubble Judge...but I too predicted this win by SFC Rangers...#17..page 1....let's see how you make out for the rest of the weekend? Looks like a wet one for all you boys playing Sunday...sorry..but I find the PGA Masters Championship more interesting for some reason...oh yeah...we're not playing! Good luck to the rest of ya...no injuries!!

Cheers!

My spin: First off some say that The Judge is a bit of a muppet. Having said that, even though I do not like the hump it style that SFC plays, they are very effective. I have not seen a VMSL team get that stuck in, and have the ability to shut down our attacking players to that degree in recent memory. They are not super dangerous going forward, but their commitment to defend outmatched us this evening: they play over 35s with a Premier intensity, which is a credit to Coach. Also the man in the middle in my view helped them as he blew the whistle every ten seconds, which fit into the SFC style, and eliminated our ability to play a skillful, flowing game. I could talk about hurt/absent WVFC players tonight, but I won't. Full marks to SFC for a scrappy win. My bet is on them to repeat.

In my view, at the end of the day, SFC was better prepared and wanted it more.

Tough for me to say, but Surrey won a tight one fair and square.

Sir M.

Sir M you are a better man than i am...

This game was a coin toss and if Stevie Mac was able to continue it would have gone to P K's.

West Van is a very very good team who did have the wrong ref for the night.

He continued to blow that stupid whistle all night long....How is this guy the best????

After the match.......Top Shelf Baby!

West Van were awewsome hosts and both teams had a blast

Ginger, Sir M, Jags, Bro, Besty and so on..........First Class boys!

I even gave the West Van Boys..(Ginger)...My lucky Blue Velvet Jacket!

You are all class Sir M.........The game could have gone either way pal.

First Class!!!!!!!!!!!

Taxman... You have room in your foursome? For myself and david Bed wetter? Last week I shot 121 at Northview... But my putting really saved me.

Moisture / grip..... As larsson (Sneddon) would say what a homo! Try shooting in the 80's after a 26'er of Captain Morgans...

Dickens: Oh my. Very Captain-esque. I wonder what you would have been like had we won. How do you feel this morning? Let me guess...

(PS Check out Piper and Carph at the 27 second mark of this one)

Actually Coach, you don't. Especially the one with RF and Eagles naked comparing underarm danglers.

Hey HOS Congrats, you guys deserved to win and good luck the rest of the way. To bad Shoey or Bailey didn't thump there #18, he needed a good two foot tackle.

Cheers!

Greetings from the island ' on this strong-willed
Saturday mourning '.................................
Perhaps the possibility of a limerick ' for the
victors ' not the victorians ' of last evening '............
A little bit latter on.................................
Some lipstick ' for the fallen ones '........................
Oh ' what a night it must have bin ' so many dreams '
so often it's this way ' so many times misunderstood '...............
Another fourthcoming date advances relentlessly '
upon many other football scribes ' and all of their
respective clubs ' clans ' and clinks '.....................................
Who are they / what are they ' you may ask...........................
But you will only know them by name '
by the way he runs past you ardently harnessing the winds.'

I remain.

A savoury old island bloke once or thrice did say,
It's all in the cabbage ' not the pomp ' today,
Them boys can have kits ' that have bin embossed by tiffany ',
They can all stand greater than 6ft. 15 stone ' and it may just
appear to be the epiphany ',
Patience lads ' when there is a will there is a way
to expose ambiguity ' just play.....................................

All the best of the very best to all of the 2008 BC Masters Clubs.

Sounds like someone is still a bit sensitive about what happened two weeks ago. Two footing is a really good solution.

1-0 for the Rangers...Interesting. With all of the fire power up front for Sir M.'s group, I am surprised a team held them goal less...What happened Sir M.?? Just shows how good of a defense RF's group are. Good luck to all teams tomorrow hopefully not in the rain...

Thumbs up Re: 2008 Masters Provincial Cup Banter

I am very proud to be the new addition to the Bear Cubs.
The set is complete with the two founding black bears adding the new Grizzly.

Two footing actually can be a quite effective solution MBE for livening up the changeroom apres le match.
Dickens, Jags and I (The three Bear Cubs) two stepping, two footing to the likes Spirit of the West is a good way to unwind.

What can be said about last night that already hasn't.
I will say that West Van are an outstanding bunch of lads on the pitch and off.
I thought Dickens, Besty, Clarke and Stevie Mac were awesome out there.
Top class lads and unlucky.
That game could have gone either way especially with you on us there in the 1st half.
Fortunate to be nil-nil at the half.

And what a fcukin clubhouse...
That brass pole is magic.

The hospitality was very much appreciated guys.
Top shelf hosts and cheers,

Dickens'quaichrocksforever

Just be on the 9AM ferry on the Wednesday before the long weekend ... a few nights at the Strathcona - I am UncleFester is going to come by and buy us some NOTbeers. I could use some drinkers last year I got crap for drinking too much - I thought the green fees were just acover charge to access the bird in the cart ..... just ask RF's bird

Sounds like a good win Rangers - but now you owe Sapp some points.
