I will have you know that the Missus, after getting the kids to school, stops off at the deli every morning before arriving here at Dude Inc. Today's lunch includes a fresh turkey sandwich, fruit salad, steamed veggie mix, and a banana.

The lunch truck doesn't get here till 1:30, and by then I'm nearly dead of starvation.

Lizards 3 - Dynamo 2..... Lizards win another game against us smartly capitalizing on their chances. Three good goals, and a missed PK. We countered late when it was 3-1 to make it close but we missed lots of chances and just like last game I thought we out chanced them however Carl earned position twice on our D and scored two quality goals including the opener at the 3 minute mark? Lol...nice start.

game got chippy for a few mins, mainly because my guys take summer soccer way to serious, and because the lizards play tough period. Ref didn't help matters and was a shocking donk.

Nomads lost to the LUYSA guys by a couple or so but the LUYSA kids are getting stronger each week playing the men's game.
