You should be shaking hands with people after EVERY game, KNVB. I remember the day I 'retired'.......I shook hands with everybody in sight.

Just to make sure Lizards (very fat) Dynamo (fit)

Good chance for the Dynamo to sneak a victory in over the fat and lazy lizards as we will all be looking toward to food and bevies

Hard to say. I am looking at a roster of about 8 regulars, 5 friends of regulars and a couple guys I have never actually even heard of. I cannot predict Fit, nor Fat, though I pull our average up over 200lbs if I pencil myself in.

We are just on the regular hotdog rations, you have to start somewhere and work your way up... Smokies and Chili @ game 1 last year kind of set the bar too high.

Flake FC is just getting their shit together as I type.

I'm sending out emails to all that applied (Yes, all 5 of you) and trying to see if we can get a team fielded here in the early goings.

Cheers and I'll be in touch,
RF

Great Stuff RF.

Way to fit in right into Demolitions shoes....at least you try and field the team the day before the game...and not on the game day, like Demo would.

I'm pretty Sure the Dynamo v Lizards game ended 1-1...Although I heard someone comment that it was 2-1 Lizards...
Nomads v LUYSA ended 1-1, we really should have won but both teams squandered a few great chances to score. We went to PK's (I'm not sure if we split the three points or if it ends at a point each or not) But the Nomads prevailed in PK's

watch out playing those young bucks...they run around with their elbows at your ear level, pull more jerseys, and fall way too easy when even just breathed on...and they get away with it.

They even had their last man back jersey pull our player away on a breakaway...but he wasn't sent off

The young guys...is this Robbie Keam's team?

Sounds like the Lizards were able to pull one off without my lethal left foot. Roll on you fcuking Lizards!

Yeah it is...They are the lippiest chirpiest and dirtiest group of highly speedy and skilled kids I have ever seen,

oh yeah and they are really good at influencing too, if you know what I mean
That being said, good on the young bucks for coming out to play with us hackers...they can stand up to the challenges and so on, it must be hard to get to the park at 8:00pm to play a 9pm game and the go home to do homework at 11pm

Funny how the age gap thing works. We've always found those kids to be very respectful as they run our asses into the ground. "Excuse me Mr. Dude Sir as my yellow boots flash past you." "Sorry for cleating you, Mr. Dude Sir." "Mr. Dude Sir, my mom thinks you have nice hair, and wants to meet you on the dance floor at Gabbys."

We've called a few of them up over the last year, while one signed w/ us this year, and two others w/ Premier (I think one ended up w/ Sub, too). We usually end up on the right end of the score, simply by limiting them to chances outside the box, and by winning the 50/50 battles inside theirs.

Plus, they don't like it when Frank tells them he just might actually be their daddy.

Haha...Yellow Boots...That guy was funny last night...the wry smile everytime one of our guys made a comment, he then tried to meg Lochhead, who is smaller in stature to any of their guys and Lochhead flattened the guy and went the other way with the ball. Beauty.

Mr. Dude Sir...

Final was 2-1 Lizards... Once we woke up we were ok..... but we started off slowly as our two midfielders who had to play as fullbacks got settled in.

We couldn't attack inside the 18 despite circling like Hawks looking for a wounded "lizard".

2nd half cleaned up nicely after some early shenanigans.

Did Buddy with the wonky leg turn out ok?

Nomads did well to run 90 with the young guys and were rewarded with a late goal.

What do mean looking for a wounded "lizard" i spent more time falling down than standing up .Good thing i am as wide as i am tall.Tandoori wings and dogs to start off the bbq season and an empty cooler to end the night proper
