Sorry we were up late

Umm, what is there to say. they had a guy hit three absolute crackers at our goal, and one went in for their first goal from waaaaay out.

We scored and I think it was 1-1 at half.

Didn't take our chances well enough and they hammered 3 past us in the second.

Good Clean, quick game.

Pints afterwards till too late or early or whatever.

Houseofbreasts let in three from long distance? He didn't lose weight again, did he? That kid plays better heavy.

We have same problem in Richmond. Unfortunately it is the same guy but a different personality in each game.

Talking Nice!

.. I was wondering why that kid was hanging on to Millars leg like that and why Stevey was yelling... no, no I was in Winnipeg back then.

Subby, Uppal is a horse in the back and I'm not just referring to how he looks or smells. I think we worked it out after that the average age of the Mucker back line rounded up to about 43. Marshall was on fire sweeping up and it goes to show, you really can't teach a super old dog new tricks.

Coach took a good shot to the shins for the team while getting a great cross in to the third youngest Mucker, young Stevey Millar, for our lone tally. I thought we could have won based on the second half alone. Maybe if the Dynamo's hadn't moaned and let us play 45 minute halfs instead of crying for 35’s like that.

Oh well, I least I’m not super tired or really hung over.

Anyone looking for another player for Tuesday's? I think that's when games are played. Talent wise I'm better than JBN and Kjohnsob combined Let me know if anyone's interested.

Ha!

You just want off the Strikers bench and get playing time to challenge for decent playing time next fall!!!

I'm sure the muckers could use a few spare parts

No, my Keeper Ratface was in goal for them and he only let in one.

The Nomadic 5-5-0 formation let in two, and the other was simply a cracker shot.

Yup... Though you guys would have probably tapped out if we'd been up 2-nil or better in the 1st half like we should have.... at least you guys had team-shirts... I had to have guys suit up in some pinnies because there are so many rookies.

We are likely bailing on next week's match but I'll dump you on the list.

I'm not too worried, I'm not what you'd really qualify as a baby. Though if I feel threatened, will bring baby in to avoid said eating.

If you are afraid, I am sure the Nomads would take you. They might even give you the FABLED WHITE CAPTAINS ARMBAND.

Kjohn created a wonderfull award ceremony and really touching moment publicly issuing the White arm band to one of his players during the pre-game... he even helped him put it on. Being white, it could have actually passed for a garter. Once the MAP lights went out I believe they had the ritualistic removing of the garter....though I didn't see whose dress kjohn's dome was buried under.

Does the same guy that wears leo-tards get the arm band?

HILARIOUS!!!

And no, I don't think "Leo" has ever sported the Captains band before.

I nearly pissed myself with that...

In fact, all I've ever wanted was a captain's armband, and you can imagine my delight to hear there is a "FABLED" one out there. The Nomads aren't good enough for me though, so as much as the armband would be great, I couldn't go play for a D2 team like them
