    Pylons 5-1 WestCoast

We played like shit, they didn't. Nothing more to it. We had a horrible ref that just didn't want to call anything. We had some fun with the fields.

Need to get back to winning.

coyotes 2 - wru 1 pk's ....game was alright we controlled a lot of the play and had most of the chances. wru best missed chance was when their mid beat couple guys walked in n got robbed by our keep 1 on 1. the ref was the same douch we had last week against vault and even vault fc will agree that guy was a douce. didn't call anything no cards...making really bad calls, terrible positioning. for a guy with his youth and fitness that ref was very lazy. i think even wru guys will agree. we scored a decent goal off a cross and some minutes later the ref called a soft pk and they tied it up. i missed a pretty good chance rite at the end but hurried my volley as i thought i had no time when actually i did. oh well still got some points and with westcoast losing i think we might just have passed them...im not sure though...the site really needs to be updated.

The game that we all wanted to win and thats exactly wat we did......we were missing some key players but on this day everyone was hungry to prove a point and i must say we all played well ,,,,,we went up 1-0 at half and dominated most of the position and in the early second half we got another one and we thought we had the game but give credit to the peg boys they didnt give up as they came back to score one in the 70 and another in the 75 min but we just refuse to tie or lose as we went for the win and scored in the 90min to win the game.....as the peg boys would agree we fully deserved this win....im not sure but i think we are in first place but thanks to jb noone really knows.....

Sundowner 4-0 Storm. went up early, and never looked back. some scary moments in the late stages but we held and got the only original member to the original team back in 76 his first win on his first try into the net.

hey duffy they had 10 guys for about 15 min after that 2 more players showed up and they even had a sub,,,,A team not being organized or not having enough players is no excuse for a win or lose...the peg have been playing that way all year,

Vault 4- Punjab Tigers 3.... Good game by both teams really, we just wanted it a little more. Went up 2 nothing then they scored 3 straight goals, all well deserved except for last one when their striker kicked the ball outta my hands when i had it on the ground. Our referee needs to be fired!! Our top defender took a studs up tackle in 1st half and his shin bone was actually showing (ask for pics if anyone wanna see)... Ref said it was a clean tackle, then appologized at half when he saw our players bone poking out of the skin. 2nd half our midfielder just rocked their player who went studs up by giving him just a clean tackle on the line but very physical. There player then gets up and jumps on our midfielder and shoves his head into the ground.(Their player being 220 pounds and fat) our defender helps out teammate out and grabs the guy pushing him off then walks away. Ref then hands our defender a red then the midfielder a yellow. Their guy got a red, but shudda been off the field a long time before. Then our striker got punched in the eye(now with a purple eye) right beside the ref, ref said he saw our player go down and their player follow through but didnt see contact so no card...NOTHING...On to guilford, atleast their clean players.

Yeah, klewis said they got kicked out for too many forfeits. Sucks for summer, we miss a game. We've been short a lot but you still gotta go out.

Sundowner FC 3-2 Stars. Good game for both teams, bad reffing. terrible really. I've never seen a guy called for offside while standing on his own side of half. Like 5 metre's inside his own end. shocking. unlucky for stars, hit 2 posts. on to sikh.

Vault Fc 4- Guilford 0: Both teams came out what looked to be fully squaded...I think they have 1 or 2 missing just like us. We had about 3 or so great chances but there keeps made some great saves, then we finally burried one on a great through ball to our midfielder and 1-0. About 5 minutes later we slotted a 2nd one home, and they really had no chances on me at all in the 1st half. Maybe a questionable pk for them i dont know if their striker got tripped, but other than that nothing. 2nd half we came out dominating with 2 break aways to start and 1 great save and 1 missed net. We finally burried a 3rd of a header from a corner, just a sweet goal! Then our 4th came with about 10min left and our player laid a cracker from 30yd out and roofed it....Keep may have been outta position.... Game I think could have been 5/6-0 but we hit a post and missed 2 breakaways... On to the next team...

Is there an updated website for this league? Or is that a silly question?

    Who runs this league?

Some guy who used to be involved with ManU.

And was a James Bond stunt-double.

    Probably.

The website is just off Lonsdale.

And if I'm not mistaken, also invented Celtic's Hoops.......Also played for the Whitecaps at one point.

I swear I haven't seen the website near Lonsdale.

Regs, could you e-mail me the hard drive please? Cheers.

    WestCoast 1-0 WRU pk's

They should have easily won but they couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. They had maybe 5 good chances with our keeper(reallly our stopper) making some unbelievable saves. We had nothing up front with both strikers(one me) being injured. I had a gimme with like 5 mins left and my jello leg made me kick it right at the keep.

We won 3-2 in pks and totally didn't deserve to win or even get a point.,,, good thing we got 2.

On to Firefighters to avenge the earlier lose to them.

WestCoast is looking for players for Kamloops long weekend, If your interested email me duffy13@hotmail.com. It starts on Aug.1 and is the saturday sunday and monday. I have hotels booked and could use a couple more bodies.
