| Member | KW United 3 Club I 1 Unlucky result for us after giving up 3 very soft goals. We managed to pull one back but it was too little too late. An ugly game all around to be fair. On a side note, the pitch we were supposed to play on (Steveston H.S) was in diabolical shape, rock hard mud all up and down the centre of the pitch, with grass as long as the wheat fields of Saskatchewan. We ended up playing on the other High School pitch across the way which was equally as bad. I never thought I'd say this, but I'm looking forward to playing at mosquito infested Manoah Steves sometime soon. |

| Premium Member A Better Bastard | Borderline Retarded Idiots 2 Vancouver Police 1 The idiots notched their first win of the young season with a shambolic performance against the Police at South Memorial. We went down a goal fairly early when our keeper forgot that he was allowed to use his hands within the area Kippax then made two key substitutions (again ) and our play started to pick up ![]() I usually don’t post much about the officiating in this league but yesterday was a prime example why some referees should be sticking to doing those youth games with hockey nets ![]() After Jarvie got kicked down the flank about 13 times in succession, I may have said ‘Get your fcuking whistle out’. Booked ………. Fcuk. Cost me 15 pints didn’t it ??Other than that costly round, the ref only missed about 198 fouls throughout the game but did get about 3 for the entire 90 – mostly against 5bigtoes ![]() On that note, it was good to see the big man out again and played very well giving our backline troubles all day. Just so you know, it was Jarvie that was kicking you … not me ![]() |

| Member | City FC Blaze 3 - Club Ireland 1 Blaze scored two nice goals early, definitely could have had more, first half was a bit of a shelling. Burnro definitely knew he was out-coached in the first half and gave the bhoys a good talk at half. Club I champ scored a clinical PK on a shocking callwith about 20 to go and then Jolly barried one to restore the two goal at the whistle. Sidewinder made some lovely calls with his flag, as always.

| Member | Sidewinder is very upset with the cheep bastard who controls your cooler D.I.T.H. After my last gift of a call to you I was expecting you or Army to come running across the pitch with a couple of bevvies. No such luck! You will not be an easy team to beat this summer. Despite our lack lustre performance in the first half it was still an enjoyable game[but no so enjoyable as our last encounter at Beach Grove] |

| Member | Blaze 3 Club I 1 Fcuking shocking first half on our part, and one of the ugliest halfs of soccer I've ever been apart of, but credit to the Blaze who came out strong and deserved their 2 early goals. 2- nil at half. Second half we came out stronger then we started the game and pushed against a Blaze side now playing a more counter attacking style, or so it seemed. We were rewarded with an awful handball call by and awful referee. ( Note, it was not Walks ) We pushed for the equalizer after that, giving up chances to the Blaze who couldnt bury one until Jolly took his goal nicely with the last touch of the game. End of the day a dissapointing result. The Blaze should do well this summer with their pace, and that massive backline, who BTW like to rape the oppositions forwards D.I.T.H/ BA, Why does your keeper beleive that no one can challenge for the ball when it's in the 18? I challenged twice for 50/50 balls and the only thing that comes out of his mouth is '****ing come for the ball again you cnut' Learn the rules ya putz. |

| Member | Keeper, The gentleman in the picture isn't who I'm on about. He actually looks like he has some decent kit. The same can't be said about the character I'm talking about. He wore a t-shirt with long sleeves underneath, and to top it off, he was equipped himself with brand new white Nike boots. Classic stuff, honestly.Anyways lets move on, any other results to report from lastnight? |

| Not too bright BANNED | To be honest the kit in the picture is probably worse than the kit worn last night. I mean a Vasco De Gama jersey on a white guy isn't the best kit ever. As for the challenging in the air thing the kid weighs as much as my left leg. He has been seeing me go unchallenged for every ball i ever go for. Mind you if i go for a ball no one ever challenges me. Pussies. To be fair to him he was not upset at all about the challenges after the game, it was more of a heat of the moment type thing. As for our backline, we were playing the small lineup out there last night. ![]() It's nice when in goal when at 6'2" I am shorter in stature than all the defenders. Makes for great stuff on corners. ![]() Please have Richmond cut the "field" we played on last night and get a load of sand into the bunker that was in one net. I am actually looking forward to playing on Manoah Steeves after that park. |

| Member | Idiots 6 Rangers 3 This was a bit of a piss taking. We were up 2 pretty early, got the third after 30 mins. They responded with a beauty right at the end of the half. We went up by three again and then our goalie gifted their second with a goal kick to their front runner right at the edge of the box. A nice free kick and it was 4-3 but than we put it away with a couple near the end of the game. All in all, not a bad night with even a few pints after the sun went down!! Lean BTW who is the big guy who plays in the backline for them. The guy acts all tough as he goes in studs up on every tackle but crumbles like a little girl when some gets stuck in with him. I had to put the Scott Stevens cross ice hit in to get him to stop with the studfest ![]() |

| Member | Piss taking indeed......no effort on our part. Scott Stevens cross ice hit??? one of the more ridiculous things I've read on here in a while. Kind of like when we scored the very nice Michel Goulet to Petr Statsny notch. |
