Big game on Wednesday, I think the game is live on RSN West & Pacific (digital).

I am optimistic that Canada is going to qualify this go around.

Anyone else starting to get jacked up concerning our National squad? The road starts Wednesday!

I think they have a great chance to do it this time, look at the result vs. Brazil. Hoping they go with Onstad, just think he is very very consistent.

That is some dive for Jamaica, weren't they in the World Cup not long ago, I think they were the Reggie boyz?

IMHO Canada currently has the best short passing midfield in CONCACAF.

Gone are the days of just simply humping ball 60 yards up the field in hopes of the opposition defender slipping or turning the ball over in hopes of getting a shot on net.

De Guzman and De Rosario are excellent, De Guzman is probably in with Dos Santos and the other bloke from Mexico as far as best players in CONCACAF

They have options...if they want to play with a target man in a 4-1-4-1 they can go with Friend up top, and he does well, or they can go 4-4-2 with adding others (Occean, Gerba, Radzinski (if he is not on the right wing) )
Hutchinson is growing in reputation and Bernier is playing well overseas as well.

Canada should be able to get out of this group...

As far as Jamaica, they have had a glut of players overseas either not get called or refuse to come...
they didn't qualify for the last Gold Cup after being bounced by St Vincent and the Grenadines.

I like the fact that Hume is playing. When they subbed him in against the US at the Gold Cup he changed the game by knocking the Americans around. He is a gritty and aggressive player. Great to have as a sub and change the dynamic of a game if Canada is getting passive.

So what you're saying is it's not on TV until tape delay at some future time?

Not on regular TV.

If you have Shaw and not the digital versions of the different regions and you tune into channel 22 you will see Pratt & Taylor, then the Yanks v Jays game, then the Canada v Jamaica game

If you have the digital versions (Which most sports pubs would have) you can catch the game on Sportsnet West or Pacific.

Or you can stream it on your PC

The tape delay is a few hours. The Yankees v Blue Jays game is on because Mr. Douche Torontonian Himself- Ted Rogers, owns both the Jays and Rogers Sportsnet and advertising/slamming down our throats meaningless baseball is more important than his broadcasting the CSA games (of which he has exclusive rights for some reason)

The game is LIVE on TV on the RSN DIGITAL channels. If you don't have the digital channels you can watch the game LIVE on the intraweb.

Or you can wait until later in the evening and watch it on Sportsnet Pacific tape-delayed.

After reading the most resent presser on the CSA website I am a little worried. Statements regarding "having trouble getting the guys together for training" and "roster still has some questions" makes me worry a bit. Plus playing in front of 35,000 Jamaican fans can be tough...
