No I have officially retired from div2 FVSL. I have started a new project in the VMSL. Sorry lads have a great injury free season!

Could be a couple of spots in Div.2 for any teams interested in moving up (Magpies?) or staying up (Westcoast). Ajax will be folding, and with Sentinel moving up to Div.1 that's at least two spots, could be more, deadline for confirming for returning teams is July 15

Why are the Ajax folding?

Pumas have applied to stay up I think

1)No commitment-guys did not want to practice. 2) No practice facilities (gravel pitch) for those that did want to practice. 3)Team chemistry was not there so guys decided to move on (3 to Burnaby Div.1, 3 or 4 to Poco Royals), hopefully the rest will find a place to play somewhere

That brutal....We are lucky we are all committed now (got rid of dead weight)...thus on average we have 12 guys out at practice at the end of last year and we are all looking forward to this season....its going to be a blast!

I have applied to stay up in Div.2 but it's up to the league. If any Ajax players want to play in Surrey let me know I could use a couple of guys. I have also maybe heard a rumour that Gulidford might be interested in joining together if we go down to Div.3, just a rumour maybe onlygoals can clarify.

We(magpies) would definitely jump on the opportunity to move up if it was presented. Is this an assumption? Or should we actually act on this?

The Langley games have changed a day forward (to the wednesdays 19th and 26th) in case anyone cares (probably not) and the Inter game is kicking off at 7:30 at SRT

we have the LUFC Knights at 7pm, a bunch of new faces coming out to tryout, should be interesting.

Will also be interesting to see the Knights without robj around. (IIRC he left for somewhere else?)
