the Rangers will be defeated this year ! I can feel it .
This may be true, but it won't be during the Cup run. With the Judge back and the youth injection, we will be ready for anything.
By the way, who are the Black Knights. Wasn't that a quality Martin Lawrence movie

Curious...what the hell qualifies as a "youth" injection with the Rangers? A new crop of 29 year olds?

KNVB: not that kind of curious. Sick, twisted, gay Cnut.

Like Girth said they added three players. All of them played summer together ,but the team that blew away Div2 a couple years ago is the same team they had in Div1 last season there biggest pickup for this season is Shawn Rutledge. So I would say there no better! There just playing better as a team.

    Cheers

    girth,
i can't recall ever mentioning that we would dominate div 1, all i know is that what we are doing in div 2 is absolutely rediculous. we added a few players yes, Ian and kevin, backup goalie for the allstar team 2 years ago and the leading scorer for the geu ultra last year. The two center mids both played premier last year. Geu and sapperton. the biggest improvement was releasing the weak links on the team. the average age on this team is 22, so every year should see an improvement in skill, just through experience. The record breaking is an inside joke with the sheep. don't bring your camera out, just some beer next time.........seeing 7 cat players watching our game sipping on water bottles just wasn't right.
    dude,
we have already applied for a pak cup entrance. have u heard of this happening in the past?

Also Div 2 is extreamly watered down this year as they have combined last years div 3 with div 2 to make one large 20 team league.

Plus the knights have yet to play the best teams in the div yet.

    Lucy,

In the past, it wasn't much of an issue because all teams signed "A" forms. That was going back three years now, I think. All teams with the exception of Premier had the choice of playing in either the President's or Pak...most teams chose the Pres, while a couple of notable div. 1 teams opted for the Pak (Rangers). Back then, winning the President's Cup was a pretty good accomplishment.

Just thinking that now the President's Cup has lost it's lustre. You guys playing there would be a joke, especially if as a team you're willing to compete for a spot in the BC's. What do you have to lose?

    Default Few points

    1. Rutledge is now a member of the GEU Cat team
    2. Was Kevin actaully the leading scorer for Premeir last year?
    3. What would possess 2 premier players to go play Div 2?

    dude,

Firstly, your "new" striker was not the leading goal scorer last year, he finished in 3rd place
Secondly, who was playing centre mid for GEU and Sapperton last year? I sure didn't see them and I played on both teams last year.
Thirdly, Seeing 7 CAT guys on the sidelines drinking water is inexcusable and will never happen again. I will fully admit that is weak. However, most of us had sunstroke after that game in the heat.
Lastly, as for a div 2 team applying for the Pak, I am fairly sure you can do it, but it is up to the league. Sometimes they take their time with things.
After watching that game on Sunday I don't understand why the league will not bump you up to Div 1. That is pathetic. You guys are wasting your time.

PS That Rusted Root & Ben Harper version of the Stones is SHOCK-ING!

If a player shows up and gets 10 minutes playing time a game why wouldnt you switch to another team.

Luc, sounds like the same thing that the premier team did.

Wow, what an accomplishment for a bunch of sheep shagging, welly wearing inbreds. If you are so proud about being 59th in the world then 10th in Div 2 will be like winning a gold at the special olympics. Then again the Scottish national team or the Black Knights could never accomplish such an achievement.

Well-done Mr. Watson, how long did it take you and Holmes to find that post in the archives? MUPPET… I love how you question my material when you’re the one clearly lacking original slander! As for Little Bo Peep…

The league won't move them up it's a rule! They got relagated last season ,so they will have to be in the top 2 in Div 2 to move up . Look at some of the past Div2 teams in the VMSL (Cliff Ave )& Metro Ford United (folded), last season they destroyed teams in Div 2 last year now there in Div1 & it's move competitive. Also LUFC- A - 3 years ago was a very strong team they had some premier players on that team . I also think Div 2 was stonger a few years back .

    Cheers

Default Knights will have a test this weekend !

Looking at all the teams the knights have played , they are not the stronger teams! I think there first test will be this weekend against the SFC Royals.
