New FVSL Site!!!!

Wow, it's a new and improved site. Untitled Document for those of you who didn't know it. I actually like it, not that it was hard to improve on the old one.

I think Richard Howes (photographer) lives in the Cloverdale/South Surrey area.

That is a complete rip-off of the Pacific Coast Soccer league website.

Look for yourself.

PCSL - Pacific Coast Soccer League

The PCSL has had the site for years, at least as long as I remember. So the "new FVSL website" is actually old.

Then again, I heard it takes years for fashion and manners to reach the valley, so no real suprise with the "new"website.

Actually it appears as though the site is run by the same guy who runs the PCSL website and takes all those photos that Guinness mentions - Mr. Richard Howes! Amazing , Big Dipper, that two websites designed by the same person might have similarities.

Big DIPSHIT, you never have anything decent to offer the masses at TTP. Never a single sentence that any idiot would even consider agreeing with or actually believing. Not a post important or relivant in the local game or at the international level. Pretty much everything you post is relative to sweet FA!

Get bent mate. I believe the same guy is now in charge of handling the FVSL website as the PCSL one. If you have anything of quality (which I doubt) to offer him in managing or creating a website for informational purpose to its membership and local browsers. I suggest you may want to send an email by clicking on the top right of the web page (the icon that says "contact us". Then you can pass on some of your great wisdom!

Website was built by Will Peacock, our Club Pres. and the builder of the LUFCA website.

Kudos for a job well done, anyone that knows web programming will know how much work behing the scenes would have been done as well.

The biggest improvement apparently is the ability for less computer literate executive members to use a submit form for updates...it should stop people from raping the formatting, and stop bigbag from using technicolour fonts..

Its about time for a change..... NICE.

The website was also moved to a new server, this sometimes takes a few days for all users to see the changes..Changing servers does not change the WWW address however. Not sure why it takes longer for some people than others, probably something to do with the path your internet provider takes to get to the URL..?? Anyhow whatever... regs or someone that knows more about this than I can surely comment...

All we need now is the a public message board on the FVSL site for us all to chat and post messages on, oh WAIT, that was done years ago and I am posting on it now.

Proxy Server or DNS server that your machine is configured with(Usually by your isp) is caching old information or you local machine can be holding onto old info. You can try from a command prompt(What some people call a Dos window) ipconfig /flushdns. You can try the following as well: in your IE Settings(Tools>Options) go to Connections tab and click Lan Settings and uncheck "Automatically detect settings".
