As of Tuesday August 12th all teams who have an outstanding balance with the FVSL have put their positions in jeopardy. We are seeing an unusually high amount of teams with various excuses as to why the cheque has not arrived etc. As of today you are facing a league minimum FINE or could be removed from the league as a team "Not in good standing". (see below)

Tonight's Executive meeting at 7.45pm includes an agenda item to discuss Divisional Alignment. This discussion could include the removal of teams who have not paid their outstanding fees if the Executive Committee decide that team is considered "Not in good standing".

I know there were teams with fines in excess of $1000, that's more than your bond, so yeah definately some outstanding fees owing.

But I'd bet this statement has more bark than bite. But then again they do have to make room for ACBC B to jump to D1.
