| Sad Bastard A Better Bastard | BBC SPORT | Football | Internationals | Wells slams Fifa over proposals is this not an utter joke? It is one thing to obtain a passport through naturalization, ala Jonathan DeGuzman and Holland... It is simply another for this...So does this mean DeGuzman could suit up for the Americans? Or does this mean that England could lay claim to Danny Galbraith and John Fleck? Does all the good Portuguese talent play for Spain now!? Of course the Republic is happy... ![]() |

| Jesus of Slidetackling A Better Bastard | It means nothing to De Guzman, as there are country's involved. But I would assume it does to Galbraith or Fleck, Scotland's not a country, nor is Northern Ireland. They are Territory's or Protectorates of a country, who for some reason have membership in FIFA. ![]() |

| Sad Bastard A Better Bastard | Neither here nor there...FIFA Recognises Northern Ireland, Wales, England, and Scotland as 4 seperate entities rightly or wrongly... How is it Aiden McGhedy is born and raised in Glasgow, plays for Scumtic, and yet gets to play for the ROI? again, I ask you, where in Ireland is Glasgow? ![]() |
