Default Real Signs Ramos for 27Million Euros.

"Real Madrid swooped to sign Sevilla defender Sergio Ramos for 27 million euros late on wednesday night. With the transfer window on the verge of closing, Real agreed ot pay the center-backs buyout clause which exceeds what the club paid for Robinho, making Ramos the most expensive of the summer transfers in Spain.

Ramos, who earned rave reviews last season, will provide competition for the likes of Ivan Helguara and Johnathan Woodgate in the Real defence.

After such a crucial defensive signing, the odds on Real claiming La Liga may well shorten.

Sevilla reacted to the departure by signing Serbia & Montenegro defender Ivica Dragutinovic on a three-year deal from Belgain side Standard Liege"

If real doesnt win the la liga and at least do serious damage in the upcoming champions league then this season will be a dissapointment. 5 Huge signings in the off season, robinho 21 , Ramos 19 , Baptista 23 , Diogo 21 and P.Garcia is 28. There defence got a lot stronger with Ramos at right back..Helguera and Woodgate in the middle...

Well after all that.

Go Barca!

Get rid of Beckham, Raul, And Figo. Then Madrid will win. Dump them in some 3 rd rate minor league for cheap...ie- the English Premier League.

Ever notice how good Van Nistleroy and Henry look in the EPL. They do nothing at the international level. EPL =some weak ass shit.
