Dissapointing season for ND. Coming in ranked high at #2. Offense was there, but the Defense was just bad and it showed tonight. LSU was all over them. Brady Quinn looks to be a raider, Samardzija is going to the cubs. ND has a good recruiting class for offence, but they need to work on their Defence to get to be a top 10 team again.

That QB for LSU has a MUCH better arm than Quinn......I think he will be selected ahead of Quinn, if he decides to go NFL, which he probably will. What a specimen....Steve McNair with a MUCH better arm.......

I was wondering the same. Seems he can throw 85 yards standings, 60 yards from his knees and 40 yards sitting.... crazy shit.

Guess we will wait and see....

If you look at this objectively, ND area bit of a farce. They played 3 tough teams this year and got blown out by all of them. There is a reason they want to remain an independant, as opposed to joining the Big 10. They can't compete with the elite teams in the Big 10. This translates into a smaller "Taco Bell Chihuahau (sp) Bowl for ND as opposed to a BCS bowl.
