Small usergroup changes

After the discussion on raising the level of user support here on TTP recently, I've started to implement a few of the suggestions.

1. regular registered members now are limited to 3 Private Messages
2. regular registered members cannot set themselves to "invisible" mode
3. regular registered members cannot set signatures
4. regular registered members cannot upload/download attachments

I think that's pretty much it that I've recently changed.

Currently to 'upgrade' these options, there is the Premium Membership option as well as a new Site Supporter option (that lifts the above limitations - 40 private messages)

The new site supporter option is $11.95 for 1 year.

Note that site supporters do not get avatars, custom titles, nor are they entered in any draws. This is subject to change and in all likelihood will need to be considered a work in progress.

There PM box will only HOLD three messages, or they are only ALLOWED three messages?

I like the chages and the new tier of member ship. Hopefully it will work out.

PM box will only hold 3 messages.

There is no way (at this time) to limit how many a member can send.
