Default [SuperBowl XL] Pittsburgh vs Seattle

The #6 Seed in the AFC vs the #1 Seed in the NFC.

Early Odds from Vegas have Pittsburgh as 4 point favourites...

Thoughts/Comments/Predictions??

Here's the place....

4 points already?

I think this is going to be a great SuperBowl, one that actually lives up to the hype.

Seahawks will eek out a 3 point win!

AFC were favoured by 10 to win the superbowl before indy/ne got knocked out. They were 4 last nite, now it dropped to 3 1/2. Even though i will cheer for the hawks, if i were to bet, i would be on the Steelers!!

New England in 2007!!!

Steelers to win by 4. Think 2 week break will slow the steelers momentum for a while keeping this close.

Hasselback MVP, not in my life......I hope

Thumbs up Re: [SuperBowl XL] Pittsburgh vs Seattle

Hopefully this game will be an example of just what the Superbowl is supposed to be all about... Forget JJ's tits, over rated commercials, stats on #6 seed AFC vs #1 seed NFC, the pop and chips, women pretending they like football for a day and all of the other "USA style" hype to sell a big game... This match up may actually be a great game???

Go Hawks Go!!!

Last time these 2 teams met it was the Seahawks winning by 7.I'm predicting that the Hawks do it again!! Go Hawks Go!! I've waited along time for this, I've been a fan since the days of Jim Zorn and also Dave Krieg passing to Steve Largent. So hopefully all these years of frustration will finally come to a happy ending!!

Steelers 24 - Seahawks 17

Polamalu is a menace. Nobody out there is better to watch.

agreed Polamalu is unreal and a big part of the reason the steelers are in this game. He may even get a super bowl ring one day but not this year. Seahawks are still underated, I see it going 24-17 the other way.

How does winning the NFC championship and Conference title make you underrated?
Steelers by 4.

what does winning the NFC and Conference have to do with it you mut. The talk has always been well the seahawks will make the superbowl but they play in a weak conference. They were never given a real shot to win the superbowl, hence the underated. steelers are a 6th seed being the favourite by 4 just the very number you chose, It's good too see after the break-up you still have a mind of your own.

Off to Vegas to watch the big game. I think the Seahawks will pull out a close one. My prediction...a 3 point game 24-21. Too many different weapons on offence for Seattle compared to Pittsburgh. Both defenses should be good and turnovers will be a key. Does anyone know how the weather is suppose to be in Detroit.
