Chelios says he's resolved insurance issuesCHICAGO -- Former Chicago Blackhawks captain Chris Chelios
says he is close to signing with the Chicago Wolves of the American
Hockey League.
Chelios said in a radio interview Friday that he has finally
resolved an insurance issue that had kept him from joining the
Wolves.

Chelios has a $2.5 million contract offer
from the Detroit Red Wings, who aren't playing because of the
National Hockey league lockout. He needed to be insured for that
amont in order to play...
