So onto the quarter finals this weekend eh boys.

Some good games.........Here are my picks.

Delta at home vs Rangers. Rangers in a tight O T game. (will Doalie be in goal)

Aldergrove at home vs Mission. 3 - 2 Aldergrove. Deakon with the winner.

Peace Arch at home vs Sikh U. Peace Arch by three.... 3 -0

GEU at home vs All Blacks. Two close to call here but i am going to go with Moneyman and his much improved GEU squad at home....4-3 GEU.

A Classic at JO. Delta dodged a few bullets for sure, but without three starters and our bestplayer to date it was a gutsy performance. It was all defence but we hung on. 10 PK's deep to win it, nice work Paul old boy!

And if you must know i was at the Canuck game with my son tonight

And yes Springo i did play last night?

Speaking of playing........How come both times we played you this year you didn't want to play.

I recall playing in both games against you boys this year.(In fact starting both) Yes Springo Fermo does the lineup pal.....Really.

Delta and us had a great battle last night. Delta won and good on them.

Well bittersweet might be how he is feeling right now, the black pirates came out on top 1-0. Fcuk i think they had an invisible piece of plexiglass in there net both sides are stunned how that ball didn't go into there net. Anyhow they got it done we didn't. Cost me $200.00 a hundred to Phatanslow and another hundred to get rid of my daughter when Gameboy started discussing surrey girls after the game after a few cocktails. Anyhow i will make my money back, because i put $500.00 on delta with 2-1 odds Thanks Coach I'm still up $800 for the day.

Watched some of the PAU vs Sikh match. There was a pretty large gulf in class between the two sides. Sikh seemed distressed about being less skilled and organized, and thought they could impose themselves with their excessive weight and facial hair. Seems like it didn't work - end result was 4-0 in favour of the South Surrey lads.

An absolute battle between the two sides this afternoon.
I'll tell you why GEU didn't score; its because JoniMac cleared his lines and dominated his six yard box. Mark Thomas @53 was also outstanding.
GEU with the best apre-barbie after the match. BrownGuys tandori chicken was greatly appreciated. Thanks for Philly GEU, great "team player".

So what's left, DMU, AllBlacks, Mission and PAU.. Magic.

Gump under the weather and not able to make it but as HJ noted "glued to the FVSL website".

I must have refreshed that bastard about 50 times wondering why the score wasn't updated.

Delta vs PAU. Game 2

Pau needs to win this game and the final to get a B C spot.

If PAU lose this weekend, then the winner of the Langley vs Mission game will get the third provincial spot.

Very big games for all these teams indeed.

Balls. Shultzy took a foot to the mouth and his jaw was in bad shape to say the least. Kevin is one classy guy and we wish him the best!

I was wondering if someone could clarify something for me ? The Valley gets 3 Prov. spots but how are they allocated ? Top 2 in league and Cup winner or league winner and Cup finalists ?
