Default Suggestion

Someone should come up with a poll for best current Scottish football player. Some of us could use a good laugh these days...

It is a good laugh unfortunately.
Almost as funny as when you compare whole Croatian league's payroll to that of Celtic or Rangers.

My top 5 choices would be: (In no particular order)

Paul Lambert - Celtic
Barry Ferguson - Rangers
Neil Sullivan - Spurs
Scott Gemmil - Everton
Neil McCann - Rangers

Obviously, times are lean for established "big-name" Scottish talent. The days of gubbing England, or even the fcuking Faroe Islands, are rare. That much us true.

However, the Old Firm's big-spending bubble has burst. Consequently, both clubs have reinvested/restructured their YTS. In fact, Rangers have developed a state of the art training facility in the tropical paradise we call Milngavie. Watch all those fancy-footed Taigs wantin' to play in Scotland know.

Finally, young Scottish talent will get the opportunity to play on the big European Club stage. Granted it usually only a home/away fixture, but sumpin' it better the nought. But I digress.

Let's hope this experience translates into improved international performances. Outings like when Scotland ammered....um.....er.....

But then again, it can't get any worse.

RF,

Scot Gemmil. C'mon tae fcuk

Look, it was only a suggestion.
Archie Gemmil was a fave of mine.
Perhaps my view is distorted wee bit.
Each time I've seen Scott Gemmil play in the last two years he's been OK.
He is indeed in the Scotland side is he not?
At least I had the balls to name five unlike you pair of spineless muffs.

I saw pictures of Murray Field (Named after Jinky's favourite Fitba executive) at Auchenhowie and it does look deluxe.
Hopefully you're right on it Bucky.

Does Celtic have the same thing or plan to do the same?

You may have balls, but you were also daft enough to fall into the Croat's trap!

CDK didn't even have to bait his hook with a Patcho to Catcho the big blue nose Fatso.

I'll be the pot, you can be the kettle.

You amaze me at how quick you can put those snaps up.

As much as CDK's post was a piss-take it would be interesting to see who feels who is the best in Scotland.

CDK's a closet Scotland supporter anyway.
Like his Cultural Centre, he just supports the wrong side.

As said to Rab C. Nesbitt:
"Rab, you are scum. In fact, you could be scum for Scotland one day".
Classic.

Here's a suggestion,

Let's stop bickering and arguing here and go bicker and argue here instead.

At least The Republic are a good team.

It's not as if we lost to Australia!
