Most notable thing so far for me is the teams everyone suspects of paying players doing so poorly. Money well spent, eh? Sapperton and Firetown seem to be the the traditional post Nationals let down lull, but they should pick it up again after the break. Or self destruct. Last edited by knvb; 10-31-2006 at 08:12 PM. |

| Member | I don't know about Firemen, but Sapp's injury woes have made them somewhat easy pickings. Sapp had to start 4 rookies last weekend, plus a goalie from their Over 35 team and three others who played the full over35 game at 9am on Friday night also played Premier on Saturday. Some regulars with nagging injuries may get a forced rest this weekend, if the Discipline committee can translate Miro's notes. |

| Give Me Strength A Better Bastard | Croatia was just outplayed, thats all I'm saying. You saw the game, unless you were one of the players repeatedly writhing on the ground in agony to then have West Van kick it off... followed then by an immediate recovery by the it seemed at first seriously injured Croatia player. Congratulations to Croatia on the 3 points.

| Member | Would have to agree with Sir m on the this one... West Van carried the play all game. Croatia scored on one quick counter attack, nice finish. West Van should have won by about 3. Nice to see Croatia has signed Greg louganis x3 embarrasing, stay on your feet. chippy game, Cry-atia got lucky. |

| Member | Jags... I have no Idea what you are going on about? Maybe your multiple pints have carried over to multiple personalities... Love Cybil. Although a serious brain disorder, Schizophrenia is treatable. This does not change the fact that Croatie still cry a lot. Last edited by JAGS; 11-05-2006 at 09:03 PM. |

| Give Me Strength A Better Bastard | Listen bearcubs: Just so you know, Schizophrenia has nothing to do with multiple personalities (that just so you know is called "Multiple Personality Disorder"...what are the odds of that happening?) Now it is after 1030 on a school night, some of you have had 2 or 3 rather late evenings of late and have to be up in the morning, so brush your teeth and say goodnight. And don't come down the hall waking me up.

| Member | WOW.......Just got off the phone from Breaker.......Inter scored a touchdown and converted the two point conversion, while Olympics missed a field goal, however the single point was conceded. I'll leave it to Breaker to fill in the blanks... |

| Member | KNVB you are correct. 8-1 Inter. Vancouver went down to 9 men with two red cards...one for a handball when the ball was going in the net and the other for a WWE move on Shaggy A post game report is not needed....two games against Vancouver....aggregate score two touchdowns to a single point.

| Member | WOW ...... just got off the phone with WWE, was told that after 20 minutes the score was tied 1-1. Then the crushing of hope, self esteem and I could go on but I won't, happened. Inter got their next 2 goals on PK's and on each PK awarded as an added bonus to their fortunes both times a player on the Olympics was awarded a red card on one, and a second yellow on the other PK. So now after 30 minutes down 3-1, 2 players and having 2 PK's called against, the Olympics got into the early spirit. What spirit you ask? Well the spirit of giving, Christmas is coming up in 46 days so Inter got to pad their stats. I'm sure out of all those goals someone must have bagged their first one of the season for Inter. Consider it an early Christmas gift. As for Croatia this weekend don't expect Christmas to come twice in one week. I heard a bunch of the Olympics players have just finished Ramahda(?) and will be finally filling their bellies up with food for the first time in weeks before their game against you on saturday! ![]()
