MOTW Sept 17/18 Croatia vs Slurrey...

Why is this one the MOTW?? Cuz any game involving Croatia is a MOTW!! Now, now, seriously... This game between the Croats and Slurrey is always a hard fought battle with a lot of casulties, usually it's the slurrey players getting a dose of verbal compliments from the large contingent of Croatian fans!! and this weekend should be the same, as we play at our home of homes, The croat picnic grounds!!!

Any thoughts/predictions??

OK, I was going to stay quiet about this game, that is until I went looking for directions for this shit box we're suppose to be playing at Sunday and I stumbled across this interesting little tid-bit on the Croatia SC web-site, a web site which features a picture of a team with mugs only their mothers, a stunned Scot and perhaps a goat, could love. It is really no wonder they lock you all up at the Croatian Cultural Center for team night out. I applaud the organizers for this because like Sapperton at Christmas, Croatia SC is doing what's in the best interest of the public, keeping your lots mugs indoors and out of our sight.

I played in a pre-season game on the picnic grounds before...12 of us against 30 or so of Croatia's smelliest. Gotta say it was very enjoyable, terrible field, but great atmosphere w/ petting zoo for the kids, the big barn w/ changing facilities, kitchen, food, beer. The birds all arrive after church in their Sunday's sluttiest. Good times. I can't think of anything better to make the grounds that much nicer than a little beer soacked KNVB urine left on the pitch. Aim for the back of his head, boys.
