Croats 2-0 Inter in OT.

Congrats to the Croats, not bad for a team with the burden known as Bronco

Congrats Croatia. Not bad for a team with 78% of the guys hammered the night before. I knew you would win all along. ... No Really..... now for my $100 adidas prize package.

Congrats Boys!!! Doesn't hurt to end the season by winning the Cup!! We played well today. Better in OT. Looked like the boys did booze a bit as Inter had a few chances. Hit goal post, missing an empty net. We had a chance late in the 2nd half as Tommy Babic nailed a beauty of a free kick over the head of the keeper(where the keep even said FCKU!!) when it went in. BUT it was an indirect not direct kick. But great shot by babs!! 0:0 after 2. First min of OT, one of our guys get knocked down in the box. AK take the penal, which was stopped by the keeps, but big rebound and a alone AK makes it 1:0. Few minutes later we popped another 2:0.

Also before the game, a plaque was given to Davor P. for playing his last game for the Red White and Blue. He will be retiring after 19 seasons playing with the A team!!! Congrats Dovy!!!

Congrats to Croatia on the win today.Also just want to say that Davor is a class guy on and off the field!!I wish I could play 5 yrs at the level he has played at for 19 yrs!!

Congrats to Croatia.
It's gotta be tough on Inter. In great shape for 3 titles, and ending up losing their last 2 games. I know their defeat to Sap took a lot out of them (no sign of Anklebreaker), and this result isn't entirely unexpected. But one is more titles than 12 other teams in Premier combined.

Croatia 2 - Inter - 0 (OT)

Yesterday was a great day for soccer. Inter started off strong and had numerous chances but could not finish. The team played well in the first half but those lost chances came back to bite us.

2nd half was fairly even with both sides having chances. Croatia in the last ten minutes of regular time started to press.

In OT Inter made 2 defensive mistakes which Croatia capitalized. The first mistake happened 2 minutes into the first OT and resulted in a PK. Croatia scored again 5 minutes after their first goal and the game was over.

Congrats to Croatia on the win.

Overall, we came into the season with a lot of different faces and were able to win the league which is a great accomplishment. Although we had a poor finish to the season, the team has a strong core of young players and should challenge again next season for some silverware.

HOS, the Croats have only been relegated ONCE and that was 2 years ago. But, I agree on the stinky foot apparel.
