Hmmm... now that I think about it, wasn't Gil still in charge in 1993? How would anyone know if fines were paid or not back then?

Furthermore, were fines even handed out for suspensions back then? Or is this some sort of 24% rollback being placed on the VMSLPA (Steve Millar President)?

I was still really young then, but does anyone remember what Mr Brumberger did on the 9th of September 2001 do warrant a 5 year suspension?
