Your hypothetical situation doesn't make any sense. Both VUFC and 13th Legion are long standing teams in Div 2. Both are chippy, and take a lot of pride in their clubs. Besides, a game getting abandoned with 10 minutes to play? - sounds to me like both teams are eager to see each other again...
