Awesome!:D Do you think the divisions will stay with 12 teams or will 3 teams from each div (2,3,4) be relegated and the league builds a div 4D or div 5?

Does anybody know the promotion and relegation rules for 2013/14? The league has not updated and their rules are still based on 10 team divisions.
