Congrats to Besty and the boys. Fairly even match I thought. Could have went either way.
To all those out there that predict 'no contests' in cup finals, give your head a shake. Teams fight for their lives when they get to that point. Regular season shite goes out the window. You need to fully understand that if you haven't been in a final that's outside your regular weekend opponents. The Masters final wasn't pretty. It was a battle. Most finals are.

Again, congrats to W Van and good luck in Westerns.

Oh, and Yoda......1-0 or 5-0 results in the same team going through. Nothing against the FVSL, but past winners speak for themselves mate.

Well done to the WV lads on a great provincial cup run. They say defence wins championships and I think Sir M's defensive style of play proved that. Zero goals against in 4 provincial cup games is an achievement in itself.

Also congrats to the Dragons who are a great squad when they come out in numbers and from what I understand were unlucky on the day.

as I have stated before the fraser valley is a league with 3-4 good players per team and again the metro league proved that they have propably the strongest teams around with debt & with out a doubt have a full squad of players that can start on each and given day!no dis to the Ranger lads from the past!but again classic case of davy vs goliath!unlucky to the dragons!I guess that will be an invit for some class players to jump ship from other teams to join the all mighty Dragons

WV are not that good, they got knocked out in the first round of our VMSL cup. Can anyone tell me the last time they won a meaningful game against good competition. I can't, they choke in the big game regularly. This draw might help them win a few games but in the big scope of things they won't win the BC's. I guarantee it.
