I do not watch TV usually, especially since The Sopranos finished. But after a very long hiatus, 24 returns this eve with a two hour opening episode. This show, for anyone that had not seen it, is completely addictive. I am serious.

8 PM on Global.

I agree we were hooked until the hiatus. Interesting to see if it can still draw a crowd

Still miss Las Vegas though. I think the switch from James Caan to Tom Selleck was the mistake that put them under.

HBO has all the good TV shows, Dexter, Californication. Addictove shows for sure, can't get hooked on the cable stuff anymore. Except Lost.

Lost is high quality old school cliffhanger every Episode ...unfortunate on how their
making the people who watch it wait until Feb 2009 for 8 new shows

Criminal minds is a good show as well

That's why you need HBO. Above shows, plus Entourage, True Blood and some other shows I can't remember. Season just eded for the above 2, but Shaw-On-Demand lets you watch all the shows (HBO) for free anytime. Pretty sick system if you ask me.

Dexter a fabulous show. Much better on HBO than the repeats on cable.
We watched all last season and thought we were watching the most current.
Then watched the season premier and couldn't figure out who all the people where, why the cop was held captive and blown up by Dexters weird other girfriend. We were so confused. Then realized we were a season behind.
Either way fabulous show. It's get stupid though if they keep pushing Smits in the direction of being a killer like Dex. I think his part is done.

As for Prison Break. How many prisons can a group of guys realistically break out of? And why do they keep putting them all in the same prisons? Stupid if you ask me.

I agree, Criminal Minds is a great show.

Thus my basis for not watching anymore. I think Smits is done at the end of this season, I got caught up with the Shaw-On-Demand episodes and I think he went over the edge and will be done. Good call as I think it would ruin the show as well.

Just a heads up, the 24 epiosode wasn't the season premier, but a season prequil(sp). The season doesn't start until sometime in January.

Heroes, Prison Break, CSI and CSI Miami, SVU, Battlestar Galactica, and Lost are all my old favorites. The 11th Hour is my new favorite show though. Very good.

What happened to Medium??? I enjoyed it. I must say Dexter and Californication are by far the best shows on TV, followed closely by Little Britain and Criminal Minds.
