Not that it really means anything, but can somebody explain to me how Markus Naslund- w/ 2 goals (including GWG), 1 assist- isn't name MVP while Eric Daze (while playing on a loosing team and scorring 3 points) is?

Must have been votes from the Eastern Conference, because CBC named Markus 1st star.

Picked Too Early

I think they do the selection mid-way through the 3rd period, and at that point, Daze had the most points.

Then with three minutes left, the World team goes on a tear, with Marcus scoring a cracker of a winner.

He was robbed of the MVP, but he is having a great season.
Congrats to him on player of the month.

I just hope the Olympic break doesn't break up the Nuck's great play of late.

Watched the game, Naslund should have got the MVP over Daze. Nice to see Naslund playing so well after last season's broken leg.

Jewel of a Game

She was looking outstanding during the national anthem and then again during the 2nd intermisionary.

Can anyone get a pic. of her on this site, or is there one allready that I have not seen.
