Hasn't played in a year, major surgery, not signed to a club and he plays?

He wasn't bad, but I find it laughable the amount of players that aren't good enough to crack whitecaps line ups getting call ups in years past... But I'm not sure if its worse on Canada, or the Caps. Hopefully with the CPL we move beyond consistently having unsigned players representing our national team.
