You could go when it's open from 6-8, or bring cash to your hearing. They also have a new invention called "cheques". You get them with a "bank account". They can be mailed and it's quite convenient.

"checks" " bank accounts" What are those? They must have come after email money transfers, paypal accounts ect...

The league did a great job of utilizing technology by registering online. Why can't we pay fines online? really? why? ? anyone with a real answer?
