Nice evening, punctuated by a casino win on my way home.(Ladner to Tsawwassen 
) Thanks be to the Blackjack gods.
BD was the big winner last night and OD kept his POM plaque.(Although he looked shaky early taking 49 darts to beat Sidewinder)

A smaller than normal group witnessed One Dart take home his second consecutive Player Of The Month honours last night. Nonetheless, their applause was appreciated, nearly brought a tear to my eye. As for the arrows, was nearly hypnotized by Sidewinder's jerking movements before finishing on the D2 while blowing a sizeable lead. Next up was Bravedart who looked awful in his only loss of the night which resulted in a skunking. After that, The Power threw a timely treble to avoid his skunking. Following the victory over The Power, One Dart took a moment to reflect upon being just the second two time POM. He was still reflecting when Neo dropped some decent numbers on him and then finished well. His next game against Bravedart, still reflecting at this point too, did not go so well, although to BD's credit he was quite on fire at this point and, after throwing his dart and having it land upright, finished well on the D16. With the late arrivals of the DI, POM and the Hun came the chance for one more match. Looking to avenge the loss he suffered at the hands of the Hun last week, OD took on his fellow Ladnerite. The match wasn't all that close, especially after the 160 I dropped on his ass. Game, Set, Match. POM.

A night to forget. A record of 1 and 3.Terrible darts but the record could easily have been 0 and 4 or 4 and0.
First up a loss to O.D. after trailing by a mile and thoroughly deserving to loose I found myself shooting for a double to win and I think my worthy opponent must have shite his pants at this prospect as he dug deep and managed to double out.
Next a very uninspiring game against my favourite punching bag, The Power.
Shock-ing darts by both of us but a first dart d-16 finish put him away.
Then a lesson. Never feel sorry for an opponent. Poor Bravedart thew probably the worst succession of darts the D.C.S. has ever witnessed. With a 200 lead it is difficult to concentrate, especially when an order of nach-os has arrived.A very carelessly thrown dart left me with 7 and after about 30 tries I hadn't even had a shot at a double and the aforementioned Bravedart eked out a win. If Mr Moot had been present he would have got the w.
Last up Neo.Reasonable darts thrown by both and a close game with both of us with about 120 left and then Horseshoes Neo has a 3 dart finish from about 113. Bastard.
Not even reasonable talent around the pool table. In fact the place was nearly empty.I think it was Tilly.s farting the week before which scared them away.
Sorry I missed the latecoming trio . What was their mood like? One of D.I. or Hun 180 must have been pissed off.

This was ,no probably, the worst set of darts to start a match in DCS history. 15 arrows in Bravedart high for was 13. he managed to double that on arrows 16,17,18 and threw a 26. which finally got him below 400. What as worse was watch Sidewinder salivate over the nachos and lose all attention to what was going on. A shoc-king game. i played OD on the other board and we were finished before BD was under 300 while sidewinder was still hucking Salmon trying to get to a number he could finish.

Aaaahhh, you're the person who would know this better than anyone. All of your opponents, with perhaps the exception of Bravedart, are usually up on you by 200 points and they must start feeling sorry for you. It must have been strange for you being on that end for a change, Sidewinder. God bless you for trying.

It was more than 18 darts before Bravedart got below 400. I know he had 2 threes and 2 elevens. that is 12 darts Add 3 more for the 13 That totals 15 darts for a total score of 41. There may have been a 2 in there as well.
Enlighten us Bravedart for it surely will be a new D.C.S.record for futility and as you got the win no need to be shy about it.

I actually think that after 15 darts I was at 467!
Doesn't matter really, I won and it just goes to show that the fact the old man ever wins a game is really due to luck. At least 30 darts to finish me off and he couldn't do it. He must have lost that spring in his step.
Also of note was the solid 20 double bull finish vs The Power (this must have been the first time for this eh?)
Too bad it wasn't next week when all of my points could have been worth something!
It's like 'big brother' is sitting on me and farting in my face. I've actually made an excuse to come home and 'get something' I needed for today and while I'm here I may as well have a quick look around. It would be silly not to.

Dart stuff for sale.
Was at Walmart a few minutes ago. Was meandering up and down the aisles in Sporting Goods department and noticed they sold darts. Fu**ing Harrows dart kits are being sold with flights and evrything else you need sold as well. Almost shat myelf as when i saw this. Cheaper than where i've been buying my stuff. Flights 1.89 per set Dimplex or whatever else you need. Shafts anywhere from 2.79 to 4.39 depending on what you like/need/use/get.
