I did hear Chilliwack beat Blue Devils 1-0, Lightning beat Titans 3-2, and I saw on Insta stories that the Knights were celebrating a W post game.

3-1 Pomo Gunners over Langley Dynamo

2-0 at half in an absolute monsoon out at Willoughby. Pomo goalie with a two excellent saves to keep his clean sheet going into half, and we finished the chances we had. Second yellow to yours truly in the 50th minute which I’m still scratching my head over. 2 fouls all game, 2 yellows.... Gunners with 10 men for 40 mins.

Play surprisingly opened up for us with 10 men and we made it 3-0 on a brilliant one time hit from 30 yards out. Dynamo seemed to run out of gas but potted one late on a miscommunication between our centre back and keeper. Langley without golden boot winner “Cameron” from last year, and they missed him.

On to week 4.

Yes it’s true, to be fair we are starting to play better ball the young lads are starting to realize men’s ball isn’t so scary. Blue devils were a sloppy mess and as slow as hippos at the back that being said we only got one goal and then panic defended for the last 15mins but as we all know a win is a win doesn’t really matter how you get there

Both teams missing guys, both teams have more to offer, they did enough to win. Probably a fair result overall despite the chances we missed. Annoyed at losing but it’s early days, Onto Rowdies next week.

Dynamo missing #1 defender week 1 and week 3 could be reason for the stumbled start. . From what I heard is that we had numerous chances but couldn't finish, have to regroup and focus. Tight tight division.

Surrey 4 - 0 Rowdies

They were short guys tonight, don't think they had a sub. They're big boys, could tell they slowed down a bit at the end of the game. First half was pretty tight, we had more possession, but couldn't find a breakthrough. Their goalie made some decent saves. Second half, more of the same. We had the lions share of the ball, but couldn't break them down. About halfway through the second half we bagged our first off a good give and go in midfield, with our cm slotting it home. After that, they slowed down and one of our strikers got the easiest hatty he'll ever get, all tap-ins. If they had more guys, the game probably would've been a lot closer. On to next week!

We controlled the play all game, unless rowdies have more numbers show up they won’t be in div 2 for long. I think they’re better then temple, but we played well and should have had even more goals. There goalie came up big a few times rowdies couldn’t get much of anything started they had a few chances n crosses but nothing of quality on net. Our goalie had to make 1 “save”. Hopefully we can keep our winning ways next week
