And yes, they were two separate people, working both at the same time.

A spot was offered by the good folks at Surrey United, but I've declined for now.

Basically, I've had a big summer, and really still trying to recover from that, and make sure I actually find some passion for playing again before committing to anyone.

Love the guys at Surrey United, it'd be instantly easy in the dressing room. Pretty much all my old mates from LUFC Prem & 1st div many years back. But Sunday's don't work for me due to coaching, plus...yeah...the thought of running these days makes me want to gag.

I'll see if the fire comes back in the fall. If it does, I'll then see if they still need help / a warm body or not. Looks like they have a great group of lads signing up.

Score was 1-1 about 25 minutes in, our left back decided to bolt with the ball to the top of the 18 and the Wack player lunged to get a foot in. I believe his foot jammed in the turf and his leg/ankle broke. Took the ambulance over an hour to get to him.
