Cops on edge because they have to assume everyone they pull over has a gun and is prepared to use it.

What seems to be a couple of very poor misjudgements ending in tragedy.

Now this (looks like one guy targeting white officers, who knows).

Information released so far is that the identified shooter was not part of the protest and had his own motivations.
