Heard someone from the VMSL league board complain about problems with lights many times this year. Wondering if the FVSL is having similar problems?

I think Romania are the ones in a different timezone. I was down at Livingstone today talking to the Binger's guys who were supposed to make up the remaining 18 minutes at Noon. They were complaining that they'd used all 5 subs, and only 10/11 players on the field were available so they'd have to play with 10. Well, turns out it didn't even matter as Romania simply did not show up at all.

As for PV's comment about someone from the board complaining about lights... Why not just make a rule that Imperial Cup games (or any games w/ potential ET) must be scheduled 3+ hours before a field's lights go out?

I believe the provincial cup allocation changed from final 4 in cup to just the finalists. Something about not wanting Div 1 teams who do well in cup to take a provincial spot from a Premier team who was sub-par all season.
