I read this and thought it would be a good idea to start a thread with inspiring/aspiring/perspiring musicians.
Here's an exerpt:
God made the world round so we can all have center stage. Everybody is important, as long as you're doing it from your heart. Frustration and depression lead to homicide and genocide, but inspiration and vision lead to a spiritual orgasm.
It's quite long and has other musicians interviewed about making music with Santana (it's around the time he made Supernatural). At the end is a tutorial on trying to get the Santana "signature phrases"
