While they don't say what the substance was he was/is abusing, an article came out today as well concerning a rise in positive tests for cocaine in the NHL recently... connect.the.dots...

Remember when ZK missed a bunch of games last year late…even playoffs if I recall…with a back injury? I believe he was in Stage 1 rehab. Stage 1 is kept confidential. Stage 2 you're suspended without pay and it becomes public.

Botchford today saying on the TEAM how the Province would always get in e-mails telling them about Z's escapades around town, what he was doing, etc.. Stuff they could never go to story with. Never went on to mention what that "stuff" could have been, but safe to say he was a party boy.

First, shows how effing old I am to be so far outta the loop, second, too bad, and I hope he gets it straightened out.
