Man U and Celtic lose?

What a day of Football as both Man United and Celtic both get knocked out of respective Cup Play

Manchester U was beaten today and knocked out of the Carling Cup by first division team Southend.
Southend scored the only goal of the match on a free kick in the 27th minute!


Also on the day Glasgow Celtic went down to defeat today in the Scottish Cup to middle of the pack Falkirk.
The game was descided in Peno's after both teams traded the only goals of the match in overtime!

It's a funny little game this football is................

To be honest, Falkirk fully deserved the game today. Celtic played the majority of their first team but showed once again that they have not been even close to being good enough lately. A lot of the Celtic supporters are saying.....we're still in Europe....romping the league.......which is fair enough for them I guess. I see things a little differently right now. We have been shite the last few weeks.....a pumping at the hands of Benfica, Hearts TTP for most of the game and today Falkirk who clearly created more chances and were unlucky not to win in the regulation.......Too many passengers at the moment and I don't fancy Celtic's chances in their last two games against ManU and Copenhagen......Seriously.


As for ManU, I couldn't give a shite.
