Match Fixing... in Canada?

Apparently they tried. One of the biggest match fixing allegations is going on in Europe right now (including Champions League games) and the CSL in Ontario is also been brought up.

At the other end of the scale the ring even thought it worthwhile to rig a match between two Canadian teams – Trois Rivierès and Toronto Croatia – sides whose existence was probably unknown to even the most obsessive football fan.

A few years ago, I spoke to a bewildered German police officer who had helped crack the original fixing investigation. “We have nine countries involved in this network,” he said, “Eight of those countries have sent police officers and started investigations. The one exception is your country – Canada. We do not understand why they have not taken this seriously…”

Does the CSA take soccer "seriously" on any level?
