Oh Yea...the Nat...or Cap Stadium as it was called way back when we watched the Mounties play there, grab a six pack and go up the hill with a transistor radio, a blanket, and listen to Jim Robson call the play-by-play...he would always mention the folks up on the hill and ask them to pull out their lighters, amazing how many people were up there watching...great memories

So now instead of the start of the Canucks game we get to watch the Blue Jays in extra innings in an exhibition game!!!!! And on Sportsnet 2 we've got the Raptors!!!! Where do we live again??? I wonder if the Canucks were in a play-off race this would have happened? I want to watch #teamtank!!!

I'm a big baseball fan but don't buy the 'Jays are Canada's team' bullshit. Always been a Mariners fan and go down regularly for games ...... Safeco is an awesome place to spend a Saturday or Sunday afternoon on a sunny day.

Totally agree Walks and have never quite got that.

Mind you I fcuking hate there's not going to be one Canadian team competing for the Stanley Cup this year...

I always cheer for the Dodgers but feel I should support the Mariners too.

Always makes me laugh at Safeco when the Mariners fans chant USA USA USA to all the Blue Jays fans.
