Simple enough poll - would you like to see Sundin come back, yes or no?

I'm voting yes. I think he can contribute a solid 60 points over a full season still and could be quite valuable in mentoring Hodgson.

If he decides to make another run at it and wants back here, I'm pretty sure it would be at significant dollars less than last year. Say the number was $2M - would you still feel the same way?

Hmmm... reminds me of a rambling where at $5M you wouldn't touch him with KNVB's dick but at $2M you're licking his nuts.

2 or 2 1/2 I'd take him back on a one year but not much more than that. Not sure you could get better value out there and not have to give anything up. Plus they know how he fits in the dressing room so if they want him back the fit must be good. But if he doesn't sign before training I wouldn't take him even for 1 milllion.

They have only got $5.2 million in cap space left, Hansen and Wellwood are RFA's and Wellwood has gone to arbitration, so will likely get a raise ( say to 1.5 or so). If they sign hansen for 500K as before, that leaves ~ 3 million. Do they want to start the year essentially at the cap?

You'd think with Notty's abilities, being a wingman for him and taking care of his leftovers would be a good thing. Trust me, it isn't.

One would have taken a can of Alpo, the other anything edible. I felt like I was wearing a sausage link necklass in looking after the big one.
