Any TTPers go to the meeting on Monday?

The topic was what to do with O35 D2. They said it could impact O35 D1 and/or O45 D1.

I haven't heard anything since the meeting, so I was wondering if anyone here knew what conclusions were made.

In case anyone is interested....

Situation - GFC United C-Men dropped out of O35D2 leaving only 5 teams in O35D2

UPDATED PLAN

O45D1 - unaffected until winter break - will finalize post winter break schedule - one of (a) third round of league games in existing pools, (b) cross over league games with other pool, or (c) cup group stage

O35D1 - unaffected until week 6
Week 6 to 18 will be rescheduled
Will absorb O35D2 from week 6 on
Will go from 18 league games to 21 or 22 league games
Will play all O35D1 and D2 teams once up to winter break with one BYE (14 games)

If in top 8 of 15 at winter break, will play in A pool (essentially O35D1) after winter break (7 league games)

If in bottom 7 of 15 at winter break, will play in B pool (essentially O35D2) after winter break (6 league games)

A pool enters Masters A Cup
B pool enters Masters B Cup


2018-19
8 and 7 team pools will continue into 2018-19 as O35D1 and O35D2
One new team has confirmed to be entering
Hopefully we get to 20 teams

If no new teams enter, the top 2 in Pool B at end of 2017-18 will go up to O35D1 and the bottom 2 in Pool A will go down to O35D2.

If enough new teams enter, this would result in less or no teams going down.
