It's worth every penny, to be able to tell your Grand-kids that "I had a try-out with the Vancouver Whitecaps" But, I was injured, or Politics decided my future.

I would guess most play in the VMSL?

Yes, lots of VMSL players with guys coming from Metro Ford, Peg, Inter, Surrey U, Chile, CCB, West Van, Van Olympics, Richmond

It also looks like it helps to be an SFU alum as there about twice as many recent SFU players as there are UBC ones.

Well you'd have to expect that, no? Always helps to have positive history w/ the coach, deffinitely a leg up.
