Whitecaps PR in the Community

They usually take a beating in this department but I feel they are starting to get better. Showing up at club events will go a long way in developing the relationships they need to progress

A little glimpse into what they've done lately

CMFSC awards banquet | Vancouver Whitecaps FC

Thanks to Leitchy and Joe and the rest of the board for organizing this excellent event and thanks to the Whitecaps for bringing their media as well as Bryce Alderson and Carl Valentine by to do some interviews and witness what a special event it was. Would have been nice if they also brought club alum Daniel Stanese as well. Carl made a mistake, it's the 20th awards banquet not the first but that's okay. It was worth it just seeing his Movember!

Perry Solkowski from CTV Sports MC'd and did an awesome job. The mayor and council members were also present.

Lots of ex National players now working in the club and in the clip. Mr. Azzi also got an award for his service to soccer in the community.

Actually, it's great that you want to give the Whitecaps accolades but really it is your club that deserves them, especially Mr. Azzi. Great club without a doubt and of course the Whitecaps would and should be there.

Shame they didn't care enough to show up to a couple of events at the BC High School Soccer Championships. They have a long way to go in this department..........

DJ, as mentioned a GREAT job by your club as it really is the club others are trying to reach.......and that is no disrespect to other great clubs in our community.
