Should Scottish Premier League Giants Rangers and Celtic be entered in next season's Worthington Cup in an effort to give the competition some credibility? Or will their inclusion mark the end of Scottish Football and be the beginning of the end for even smaller Premier League English clubs? Charlton have made noises about starting a Premier League '2' before they, and smaller clubs like them, are completely dwarfed into obsolescence by an elite six or eight.

Rangers and Celtic in the Worthington Cup or not? Which option is prettier?

Not a bad thread for an Englishman

If it hurts the Scottish league or means the demise of smaller English clubs then so be it. Isn't that what teering systems are all about? Premier, Div.1,2,3 etc... Let's see what the two Glasgow squads can do in the Worthington Cup!!! At least if they are shite we will know in a hurry?

Although off topic, I would like to express my disappoint in Celtic's unfortunate loss in the Champions League this evening. Really and truly a shame.

Sincerely,

Buckfast

PS - To all you Celtic supporters out there, best of luck in your next match. It would also be a shame if you that one, as well.
