There are many odds and odds change each day ie someone like love or the Raptors centre not playing.

No, not nearly that much, even if someone like Steph or LBJ was out, it would not move the odds nearly as much as how much those were off. FYI speaking of GSW, I would be looking to make GSW more like around 1.3:1.0 max if you feel like aligning with Vegas and the rest of the world. Plus OT should be more like about 10 to 1. Just FYI. Also, never play pool against a guy named after a large northern US midwest state.
