I'd like to thank the Highlanders for staying on the same floor at the same hotel as us. There was no way they were going to throw both teams out even with us having a girls team race each other down the hallways at 5:00 am Saturday morning. :D The long-legged one won.

Great weekend other than my knee injury and a solid 10 hours in hospital Saturday night. SOmehow made the semi finals where in the worst shootout form in recorded history managed to miss our first 4 shots to lose. That performance was almost topped by the team that beat us in the final who missed all 3 of their chances to give Westside the win. I like to ask the organizers to have a U-21 division as it is a little unfair to have to play a team where noone is old enough todrink so they don't go out each night. That is bullsh*t.

Dance was outstanding even thought they ran out of booze about 1:20 am. thouroughly enjoyed it and thought the table slides by the highlanders were quite good although maybe a bit offside :D . Somehow managed to get 13 people into the Explorer for the drive back to the hotel. Not sure how though. Think we had 5 in the back area.

Anyway enjouable nonetheless even though i am rambling a bit as i think my body will need a couple of days to get all the alcohol out of my system.

Outstanding weekend!!!

Thanks to the Highlanders for the hilarious entertainment value in the Beer Gardens (I'm still laughing) and the gang-bang at the Executive Inn ;)

K-vale7 was on fire all weekend - MVP of the women's competitive division and MVP of the dance on Sunday (although I think Guinness may be having a little pain when he sits down) :wa: - the banana has no moves compared to you!!

Guinness - Wham is thinking of reuniting and are looking for a third member.
E-er - You are way cooler than Ricky Martin and I don't think the corner flag has recovered yet from the beating you gave it.
Stepchild - I will never look at pink underwear the same way again.
Studsup - Keep the mouse in the house!!

And to all the other bad kit Sunday guys - that day will keep me laughing for months.

The highlights from this past weekend:

1) At the toll booth I believe Guinness leaned out the car and asked some young women if they had their tickets? Their response, "What tickets?" "Too the gun show baby!" as he kisses his biceps. She then proceeds to rear end the car in front.

2) Jacko's classic line, "I am on a chinese bullet train to Smashsville"

3) Cheers to 'Megs, K-Vale and Robin for the meat, buns and cheese...wait a second that sounds dirty

4) Some of the Highlanders purchased some referee equipment and decided they could improve upon the officiating both in and out of the beer garden. The climax was Young Dave unintentinally beaning the asst ref in the head with a beach ball and having the ref literally chase him off the park.

5) Kokannee girl

6) First team out of the tournament, lined up in the beer garden and at the dance.

7) Joely the goalie's very graceful "downtown table dive"

8) Bad Kit Day and porn 'staches in the garden from 11am - 7pm

We missed you downtown. :(

Thanks Milhouse.....never did get the story of whether the onside kick was attempted again. Sounds like the entertainment was endless and everyone made complete arses of themselves......the only way to go. I enjoyed a great weekend getting screwed by not one, but two fcuking moving companies.
Looking forward to seeing the pictures, I had enough phone updates, I now need proof of the idiocy........ ;)

The onside kick was attempted, but that team must have had us pre-scouted as they quickly made ajustments to thwart it.

Onside kick was horrible, but 2 other spectacular throw-in's were created and executed to perfection.

Well done Milhouse, but you forgot a few spectacular moments.

9) Jacko's new nickname............ Three features coming together: Jacko, ladies and booze = The Perfect Storm!

10) Larsons disasterous table slide again in dedication to downtown. Table collapsed sending him face first into another, absolutely amazing

11) Hired Go-go dancers at the 2200 person dance

12) Team pilons (Nomads) game plan "bump and jump" Are you kidding me, yet we could not beat them

13) K-vale7 and Guinness clearing a table full of drinks in an angry rage only to blame it on some guy with a red hat

honestly, too many things to mention. Look forward to Downtown, Club I ladies and Pocomo coming back next year.

I was trying to figure out how to sum up this weekend when I remebered something somebody said, "Worse case scenario is we win this game and the next one." And everyone in the room at the time agreed whole-heartedly with this without batting an eye. The Highlanders wish came true after one of the most entertaining games of soccer I've ever seen. After the highball throw in, and the butt-pass throw I didn't think it could get any better until in the last minute of the game they had to set up a wall. It was the most pathetic looking wall I've ever seen, one man in very short yellow shorts (he didn't have time to change after the marathon), another that may or may not have been wearing shorts (thank god the jersey was long enough) and yet another with his legs spread open beckoning for the shooter to 'meg him. And as the young fellow lined up to take his shot the wall began a loud "woahhhhhhh!" priceless. Oh yeah, and he scored. There were so many high points this weekend, like old man Spearsy in the garden with the two other clowns dansing to Wam. Jerseys tucked in to black spandex. Private parts hanging out of short shorts...on second thought, that could have been a low. Guiness soiling my pants ;) , but it doesn't matter if the exit is good. Women's pink underwear. White boots. Booing the ref on the field. Angry party-ers, you'd be angry too if someone just grabbed your crotch...there he goes, he was wearing a red hat! 'In honour of Downtown' tableslides. The Hot-Tamales for always showing us Pseudo Loopers a good time and winning while at it. And then of course, how could I forget...the gang-bang. Thank you all so much, I mean it, seriously, I'll never forget it, no really I'm being serious it was the best.

Does anyone else have a tan line from their stache?

Couple things to add to the list of highlites:

14. spearsy's back flip during the wham debaucle(sp?)

15. spearsy's two-foot slide tackle on the corner flag, unfortunately the flag won

It was great meeting other ttpers in the loops, I don't think the weekend could have been the same without megs, k-vale, and blazearmy and the boys partying down the hall from us. Really not sure how we didn't get kicked out, but I guess we'll have to try harder next year.

Well done to the boys that opened the beer garden on sunday and pulled a great 8 hour shift there. Adding to that, all day the boys were told there was no way they could last and make it to the dance. So instead of just making it to the dance, they opened the dance and dominated till they ran out of booze and kicked everyone out.

Cheers to the Blaze for having the after party.

Cheers to the highlanders, or should I say Muckleshoots, can't wait to see how we top this year.

I'm not gonna lie to ya...I'm a wee bit disappointed at my lack of inclusion in the above posts (I think I was etc. in one of them)....Just cuz I didn't do one arm push ups at the dance, get gang banged 2 nights in a row (one was enough for me), and run to the beer garden when I scored in the final doesn't mean that K-Vale and I didn't work our asses off in Safeway looking for the perfect buns and cheese so everyone could make it to the dance.

I'm gonna go to my bed now and hide under the covers and try to think of ways to leave a better impression next year....j.k.

Great times were had with all the guys and gals and I agree with nutmegs that I'm still laughing at all the "events" from the weekend....can't wait til next year. :)

Where to start???
FAN-TAS-TIC!!!
Wake me up before you go go!!! Speers back flip was un-be-reavable, aside from Jacko being dragged around by some anomimus birds by his dog leash!!! Oh, I guess I instigated a few of the festivities??? Not really like Guinness to be a shite disturber, on second thought that is wehat I do best...

Friday started off with an unfortunate rear ender by some hott bird!!! Apparently a game of golf occurred followed by Rivers and an angry partier???

Saturday was much of the same although a couple of stupid football matches cut into our drinking time!!! Not too worry, the Kokanee girl was well warned of the Sunday "Bad Kit" day ahead of her... That and the fact K-Vale, Kage, Nutmegs and a little blonde named "Robbie" were in for the "GANG BANG" of their lives!!! Seriously, who wasn't there for the Gang Bang??? DING DONG!!! Another solid performance in Rivers and a few birds dying to make out for more Highlanders cameras!!! OK there was 3 of them and they were really from Prince George... Who am I to judge???

Sunday was Official Bad Kit day... Honestly I couldn't have imagined a more crazy beer garden (on the back side of the garden in the shade of course)...
Studs Up, Jacko, Juice, Mileslong, E-er, Milhouse, Jolie_the_goalie, Freezo, Stepchild, Young Dave, Gibby, Neil, Ren, Studs Up's twin, Timmy plus Knight Rider and Lion (who never really put out) and those who I'm missing right now... WELL DONE lads... Classic weekend without the likes of Richmond, Pocomo and that has been everone refers to as "Downtown"... On second thought he's really not a has been anymore, more like a wannabee!!!
Too bad the guy who pumps up this weekend more than anyone in the universe actually missed it to take his girlfriends dog for a walk and change her kids diapers!!! BTW, the dance was again a gong show and the referee's were in good form... K-Vale my arse still hurts you rough and raping bizatch!!!

Monday was the best beer garden (for a Monday) in K-Town history... E-er studding the corner flag, the fence falling over on it's own, Doc trying to officiate the woman's "A" Final... OK, maybe the Highlanders consuming more alcohol than any other team combined for another year... Metro Ford talk the talk, young Peg are good on the pitch, Norvan think they're still a premier squad and some Pilons called the Nomads thought they knew what a football looks like... At the end of it all, knowone on our squad should have drove home, I guess it happens... Arriving home at 11pm on Monday evening was just another indicator of how we won this tournament is so many ways... Win or lose (hopefully lose so we don't have another 8am match) we hit the booze!!!
Peace out... Guinnessthemissingone...

To all those table dives in my honour and for those hoping for my presence next year, I thank you. :p
As for you Guinness, your lack of respect for the man who taught you what the 'loops fest is all about and brought you along under his guidance is a little bewildering. It appears you are not seeking my return next year so that you actually get a chance to be in the spot light for once - albeit on a stool so people can see you. Remember who paved the way for that crazy weekend behaviour to be socially acceptable. Not really a big deal - to me, these comments would be like Daniel Sedin hacking on Mario Lemieux because he had more points than him last season - you're just not in my league wee man….. ;)

....now where is that fcuking leash

Downtown,

I didn't miss you that much this year (although the table dives in your honour were quite entertaining). You not being there made me feel a little bit safer at night. But I was looking forward to some revenge as I hear that with all the dog-walking and baby-sitting going on, you are not the same downtown that made me his prop last year. You are lucky - the worst that happened was Juice, Kurt, and Jacko being tattooed by myself and Stepchild.

Looking forward to next year when you alcohol tolerance is even lower than it is now!! And leave my fellow midget Guinness alone....
